Orchid Software Solutions was established by the merger of two well established business technology companies in October 2013. The merger saw the consolidating of extensive business experiences, highly technical skills, and financial accounting knowledge that provide our customer-base with a wider range of business technology solutions and accounting related services.

Martin Williams

Martin Williams is our Director of Operations. A software developer by profession, with over 30 years experience specializing in web and desktop applications.

Martin worked as a certified Sage300 Implementation Consultant for over twelve years, before merging those skills with his software engineering, in the integration of front-end and legacy applications with Sage300.

His ability to use the Sage300 API to develop Sage300 integrated applications, is now the driving force behind the expansion of Sage300 integrations within the region. His applications span industries such as medical, legal, real-estate, wholesale, retail and manufacturing.

Trenton Weekes

Trenton Weekes is our Director of Business Development with 30+ years experience in the assessment, deployment, and support of ICT solutions for a wide range of business entities. He has worked extensively with the Sage 300 product suite both locally and throughout the Caribbean and parts of Central America in the area of Financial Services, Wholesale/Retail Distribution, Hospitality and Government sectors. His passion is seeing businesses use our technology to grow, gain a competitive advantage, enhance their business profile, and derive significant benefits that did not exist before. His mission is to see every business succeed in whatever sector they trade, now and well into the future.

Beulah Foster

Beulah Foster has been our Office Manager for over 10 years. As the face and voice of Orchid Software Solutions she provides a high level of customer service to every client. She will listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products/services and refers customers to consultants or others who can help; she is our foundation.

Fay Hall

Fay Hall is a Senior Financial Services Consultant with over 26 years experience in a variety of accounting, mobile sales and point of sale software solutions. She has acquired expert skills that allow her to walk into an organisation, listen to the customer’s needs and quickly determine the best solution. Fay works with partners in the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand and other areas of the globe to customize software and bring the best fit to customers.

Fay Hall is a Senior Financial Services Consultant with over 26 years experience in a variety of accounting, mobile sales and point of sale software solutions. She has acquired expert skills that allow her to walk into an organisation, listen to the customer’s needs and quickly determine the best solution. Fay works with partners in the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand and other areas of the globe to customize software and bring the best fit to customers.

Julius Sealy

Julius Sealy is our Software Solutions Consultant & Training Administrator with over 5 years of Sage Experience, he is actively involved in the establishment of our regional Sage 300 training facility. Julius also handles the setup of Sage 300 configurations, installations and training in most Sage 300 modules, along with taking the critical responsibility of ensuring the security of our customer data, through effective backup/restore facilities, contingency planning, redundancy configurations and disaster recovery. He is also active in establishing a regional Sage 300 training facility on the island. He is also experienced in ACDEV ICCount ACCUDART Physical Inventory Count and QuickBooks product support.

Hazel Alleyne

Hazel Alleyne is our Financial Services Consultant, she has provided Sage 300 and other related services to companies both locally and throughout the region over the last 20 years. Hazel undertakes product training for some of the major commercial, accounting and consulting companies across the region. She is skilled in Sage 300 Financial and Operational suites and third-party products.
