We were looking for a solution to import activity from our Property Management System to our Sage300 Accounting software. The task of keying the activity manually was daunting. We enlisted the aid of Orchid Software Solutions Inc. (OSSI). They provided the analysis, design and coding services required to send the transactions from our Property Management System to the Sage300 software, where our staff can review the transactions before posting. The integrations work smoothly and the time and cost saving from possibly having to manually key the transactions are tremendous. After our first integration project, we have since employed OSSI in other areas of integration.

Rentokil Initial (Barbados) Limited is a pest control company employing professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, delivering expert service to both our residential and commercial customers in Barbados. Our billing system is critical to our operation, but it did not integrate with our Sage300 accounting software. Manual entry of invoices from the billing system to the accounting module was not a practical solution. We contacted Orchid Software Solutions Inc. (OSSI), a local Sage300 services provider. They worked with our development team of the billing application, to design data structures and export procedures for the purpose of direct integration. The final product was a seamless interface between the billing application and the Sage300 accounting module, creating invoices directly within Sage300 without user intervention. Our staff can then review the generated invoices before posting in Sage300. OSSI also provides support services and training for the Sage300 product when necessary.
